    How do I report a user?

    Use the report button during or after a chat. You can also use our contact form to report users with details and screenshots.

    How do I delete my account?

    Use the contact form with your request. We’ll process account deletion within 30 days. Your data will be permanently removed except where required by law.

    Is my chat recorded?

    No, Camzey does not record chats by default. Video streams are peer-to-peer and transmitted directly between users. Users may record their own chats if they wish, but this requires explicit consent from the other participant.

    How do I block a user?

    After a chat, you can block that user to prevent future contact. Blocked users cannot reach you or see that you’re online.

    What if I’m under 18?

    Camzey is strictly for users 18+. If you’re under 18, please do not use this platform. If you’ve accidentally accessed it, contact us using the form above.

    What should I do if I encounter CSAM or illegal content?

    Report immediately using the contact form. Also report to INHOPE (international) and your local law enforcement.

    How do I request my personal data?

    Under GDPR, you have the right to access your data. Use the contact form with “Data Access Request” in your message. We’ll provide your data within 30 days.
