You must be 18+. Be respectful, get consent. No illegal content, no harassment, no recording without permission. Violating these rules results in permanent ban. We’re not liable for third-party conduct. Dutch law applies.

Welcome to Camzey. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Camzey, you agree to be bound by these terms.

§ 02Age restriction & legal capacity

You must be at least 18 years old to use Camzey. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Users under 18 are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

§ 03Permitted use

You agree to use Camzey only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on others’ rights.

§ 04User conduct & community guidelines

Respect others

Treat other users with dignity. Do not discriminate or harass based on any characteristic.

Consent is mandatory

Obtain explicit consent before engaging in sexual content. Accept “no” gracefully.

Personal safety

Never share personal information with strangers. Report suspicious behavior immediately.

§ 05Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you share. By using Camzey, you grant us a license to transmit your video/audio and use clips for moderation and safety purposes.

§ 06Prohibited content

🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE
CSAM, bestiality, non-consensual content, extreme violence, and hate speech result in immediate permanent ban + law enforcement reporting.

§ 07Account termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activity, pose a risk to others, appear to be under 18, or violate third-party rights.

§ 08Limitation of liability

CAMZEY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, delays, or data loss.

§ 09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camzey from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of this Agreement or your use of the platform.

§ 10Intellectual property

Camzey owns all content, code, design, and intellectual property on the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform without permission.

§ 11Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
